Meet our Vision Therapy Graduate: MM

Updated: Aug 3

Initial concerns:

  • Difficulty focusing

  • Difficulty tracking

  • Motion sickness

Weeks of therapy: 12 weeks

This patient suffered from symptoms that affected his educational habits as well as his everyday habits. The difficulty focusing/tracking inhibited him from doing his best at school. If reading is hard, school becomes a chore.

On top of school being more difficult, something as simple as riding in a car would give him motion sickness. Therefore, his eyes were to blame for discomfort in and out of the classroom.

As he progressed through his vision therapy program, he began noticing reduced symptoms severity. The difficulty focusing/tracking and motion sickness began to subside slowly.

By the time he graduated from his program, he was able to go about his day without the increased difficulty of daily tasks that his eyes once caused. Congratulations on this great achievement!
